Below there are several documents you can view to gain additional information about the budget and allocations for a particular year.

Bond Sale Schedule: Shares information about the timeline and major steps for the bond sale.

Budget Basics: A PowerPoint that covers some introductory information about how budgets are developed and our various funding sources.

Budget Book: Official budget as approved by the Board of Education.

Department Allocation Spreadsheet: Shows a detailed breakdown of the funding allocations given to each department. The total allocation for each department is shown on pages 3-4.

Planned Capital Projects:  A summary of planned capital projects by site.

School Allocation Spreadsheet: Shows a detailed breakdown of the funding allocations given to each school.  The spreadsheet includes projected enrollment numbers. The total allocation for each school is shown on pages 7-9. See the “Understanding the School Allocation Spreadsheet” file for a more detailed breakdown of the fields on the spreadsheet.

School Comparison: Shows a comparison for individual schools by funding source over the past three years, including the difference from 2015-2016 to 2016-2017.
